Our Team

We simply wouldn’t exist without our dedicated staff and volunteers. Whether they’re out in the freezing cold rescuing the animals, caring for casualties at the hospital or looking after the charity shop, everyone does their best to keep Shropshire’s wild creatures safe from harm.

If you’d like to help too, visit our Volunteering page.

Megan founded the charity as ‘Cuan House’ in 1991. For more about the our history, click here.

Wildlife Hospital Staff

Sean and Anna

Anna is Megan’s daughter, and along with her husband, Sean, runs Cuan Wildlife Rescue. Both are fire fighters working in Much Wenlock and Shrewsbury respectively. While Sean deals primarily with fundraising and administration, Anna is more involved in the care and welfare of the wildlife.

Fran started at Cuan House in 2009, and oversees the day-to-day care of the wildlife.

Dani started at Cuan as a volunteer in 2014 and is now a senior supervisor.

Claire started at Cuan as a volunteer in 2010 and now ably assists Fran in managing the wildlife hospital.
